My baby birth weight is 2.9 she is now 4 months old and her weight is around 5 to 5 kgs .. is it normal weight .. if not what should be done to increase her weight

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months mother milk helps weight gain
start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or A to Z drops consulting your pediatrician
