Q.

my baby at times stiffens her muscles while bending her leg or hand and at time keep it loose making it easy to bend her legs and hands...is it normal...for her to stiffen her muscles some time?

A. What you have described seems normal to me. Babies tend to keep their hands and legs tight at times. But check if this is periodically happening and also check if any other signs like - excessive crying post such episode is present. Just feed well and continue burping well.

Q. hello Dr, my 7 month boy always makes his legs very stiff while massage and does not allow me to bend his legs and exercise him properly.
