my baby age is 1yr 10month he is getting a proper diet on time to time but then also he is not becoming healthly child he is very thin and till now he did not started to speek what to do

Hello actually if your babies healthy and active no need to worry about the weight of the baby just make sure you get all kind of homemade food items physical activities interaction with your baby everything matters a lot some babies will speak up to the age of 3 years also so no need to worry if your baby is not at all trying to order a word then consult your doctor once
