Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out with this question your baby definitely is on the lower side what I will suggest is make you speak to you pediatrician and check if you can introduce any supplements if it is needed in your baby's face and make sure you're giving a baby start which food items along with mothers milk which is the most important to help gain weight
