ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 4 months old now green colour poop can be sign of stomach infection if there is no fever then start a probiotic and zinc supplement like Rinifol Z or flora bc 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

You must make sure, that along with green colour, poop is not watery or contains mucus. I that is also the case then must Consult with your paediatric
