include buttermilk in every day drink. Buttermilk helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which in turn helps in improving appetite. Add jeera and mint leaf in cooking they are also natural appetisers.
Instead of giving three big meal plan to give five meals in a day with a gap of four hours between each solid food and two hours of gap To give any liquid feed like juice, milkshakes, soups. Always give lukewarm water to drink after feeding anything.
