my baby after every feed does loosemotion what should I give her?? she is only on breastfeeding

Hi This is very normal for kids to have motion like this but still if it is continuous then you should get it assessed with your doctor maybe it could be due to some issue associated with the stomach for digestion of the child so just for safety sake Get it checked
