my baby 7month old mera baby boht dubla hai Uske lye kya kru sab khilati hu .aisa kya khilao ke uski tabyat bane ?

While breastfeeding, make sure that the baby empties one breast first before moving on to the next breast as the milk that comes towards the end is rich in fat and is called hind milk. This helps in weight gain. Give mashed bananas and avocados and pears as they help in weight gain. Give pulses like moong Dal and masoor Dal. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give fruit smoothies. Give one boiled egg yolk per day.
