My baby 78 day baby in his stomach some sound is coming before feeding and he start doing action like vomiting

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom could be gas or early feed That he is taken that is still not digested well enough , makes he is burped well after every feed as that might surly resolve the issue
