my baby 4 months old & still the weight is 5kg , her birth weight 2.5 kg , & taking feeds regularly 6 times a day breast milk , but weight is constant, not increasing since 20 days . what to do

A. hello mom everything is perfectly okk accordingly age moreover if ur child is active and healthy and playful and having his feed properly on regular intervals and passing urine properly at least eight to ten times a day then there is nothing to worry about at all
