my baby 4 months old not pooped from last 5days is it normal ??? or need to consult doctor? breastfeeding only

usually it is normal among young babies to pass stool once in 7 days or 10 times in a day.
so don't worry
please feed your child on demand
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands
move your child's legs in cycling motion
maintain good hygiene
