hello doctor, My baby is passing motion like 4-5days once, i shall consult a doctor or its normal

A. this is normal in the baby of the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
