Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Your child should be a minimum of 2 kg more than the birth weight and if that is there then this is a healthy weight gate the basic calculation is minimum of half a kilogram a gain in a month more than that but definitely not less
