my baby 3months old he is not passing stool 4 or5 days but he is feeding comfort and not swollen belly why

A. It is completely normal for a child not to pass motion for 10 to 12 days also at a stretch so don’t worry about it is a normal thing that you are saying if your child is comforted then you can put a suppository into the anal region of your child
