my baby 3 months old. pooping like chesse with water 8 to nine times in day since 5 days.Is anything to worry we already visit doctor

Your child is suffering with loose motions so you need to check with your doctor what is the problem in according to that only they can suggest to further medication for the child because lose motions for a very long time would it be considered really healthy
