my baby 3 months old always passing gas from rectum .what i have to do for relief

Author of questionMom of a 3 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. while passing gas along passing little amount of fecal matter from rectum ..and my baby taking brest milk ..but still passing gass simultaneous fecal matter from rectum little amount .i used colic aid and erythromycin drops but no relief... suggest me sir please im very worry because its my first baby

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mofdstly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
