my baby 3 month old have sometimes eye contact but not smile and someone speak with her she is not move that side and I have done her ear test is normal but she not move to the sound direction I am worried about that

A. Kids make eye contact almost between the time of 3 to 9 months not right now because now they’ve gained their vision so they look at the surrounding much and the rollover can also be seen between the time of 3 to 9 months only but yes the good part is that you can give tummy time from this age
