Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is taking formula milk only but if he is getting loose stools then why don’t you increase the dilutation of formula?

Hello maam Continue giving the medicine that your doctor is giving apart from that I can tell you if your child has a motions or something it’s mostly recommended to avoid giving milk but since your child is too small you do not have a choice so just continue with whatever your doctor has advised to go for
