Okay so I would like to tell you how can you measure is that every month a child should gain minimum of 500 g right to maximum 1 kg kilogram it can go but 500 minimum is the prime focus so now if your child has gained 2 kg so that’s a healthy weight gain so you can understand how the process works in terms of calculation
