Q.
my baby 21 days old is having heavier hiccups each time after feeding him.Is this common to any baby or need to consult doctor for this?

Hello ma’am It’s completely normal need not worry about it even if they’re heavier hiccups as per you it’s perfectly normal need not worry about it because it is a part of their growth and it’s as common as it is in adults so there’s nothing you can do about it just that you need not be worried about it because it is normal
