my baby 2 months 7 days old now is it necessary to feed baby every 2 hours?

Yes untill 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk every two hours is must but if baby sleeps at a stretch of 3-4 hours you can feed around 3-3.5 hours gap but not more than 4 hours gap . Feeding frequently avoid thirstiness, hunger , soothes baby helps in good sleep results in weight gain...
