RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. A minimum gain of half kilogram should be seen if your child is not gaining weight that means your breastfeeding is not enough for the child you should start giving Top feeding to the child which is what is going to be held for better gain and growth of your child
