my baby 2 month old kl mere baby ko vaccine lagi thi aaj us ko loose motion ho rhe hai or fever bhi hai halka halka plz suggest medicine

A. agar aapke 2 mahine ki baby ko aapane vaccination lagva hai to bukhar aana jaruri hai aap baby ko calpol drops daliye 0.4 ml 3 times Shayad loose motions ki vajah yah nahin ho sakti
