my baby 19month old,,subha se tabiyaat bohat kharap hay ,body temperature high.100°c....can i give her paracetamol?? plzz suggests

A. the baby is 1 year 6 months of age if the baby is having fever we can do any paracetamol 125 MG strength 5ml 3 times a day to the baby
