my girl having 100 temperature what quantity of paracetamol I should give her . pls tell urgent

A. her weight is 4.25kg

A. the baby is only 2 months of age the dose of paracetamol depends always on the weight of the baby at present give paracetamol drops 0.5 ml and consult a doctor
