my baby 11 months old him weight is 12.3kgs him birth weight is 4.4 kgs it is normal or over weight?

Its Neither overweight or not it is underweight your child is having appropriate way to say I will tell you by the age of 12 months a child should be somewhere around 10 Or triple the birth weight which ever is higher so in this case it is according to triple of the birth weight which is higher in which is better so it’s very much a
