Q.

my baby 1 yr 4 months old she is always move her head forcefully up and down suddenly in every min is there anything to do like this may I know the reason

A. Then maybe your child is either having some discomfort or some issue that your child is facing so you should get examined with the doctor if your child is happy doing it and all it’s okay but still if your child is constantly doing it that means there is some either issue or your child is doing it deliberately
