sir ,you mean to say constipation, right?
if yes ,then first you should offer water at regular intervals.
give food like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear, papaya etc which makes digestion easy.
Give Massage to your child.
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
encourage your child to do more physical activities
