my baby 1 year 5 Month old she having a fever last 15 days all reports are normal she is active also but whenever she having a fever she is very cranky chest x ray showing lit bit infection fever mostly in night and morning below 100 what should I do

give her adequate fluids abd lots lf rest..
give her immunity booster food. and can guve her syp zincovit.
