Q.

my baby 1 month old she doesn't latch directly can you please help on this, everytime if I use nipple shield she will open mouth , through nipple shield she swallowing more air

A. there is no problem in using nipple shield while giving breastfeeding. it is important to maintain hygiene of the nipple shield with proper cleaning as well as sterilization. if the mother and the child is comfortable and the growth of the child is proper then youg can continue to use it t

A. You are having a misconception a child is swallowing more air in all just nipple she is going to give a better grip to the child so there is no problem if you have to feed through that also your child is too small child almost complete the time of two months or so and after that slowly the child is going to pick up on directing but right now even if you use it it’s not a problem
