My baby 1 month 29 dys old... But Mother's breast milk is coming low. What can i do#asktheexperts

A. Try taking Shatavari powder or fenugreek capsules at least two times in the day they are going to be helpful in increasing the lactation also increase the water intake for yourself that also is quite beneficial during this time
