my baby 1.2yr old and now he suffers from fever and cold cough but same situation in last week fever come and cure after 3days but blood report was normal little infection occurs and hemoglobin level is 9 and another last tym hb level is 11
but last week it decreases..ok he will be cured but now today he is again sick so what is the reason..how to increase hemoglobin level of baby..

You should give beetroot and pomegranate to the child twice in a day highly rich in iron you can give nuts every day you can give sweet potato black rice all kind of green leafy vegetable specially spinach greek as well as broccoli which would be very healthy
