my babies head ,back and stomach feels so hot but the temperature shows normal...Is it normal or can I give paracetamol syrup

A. child is having temperature above 99 degree fahrenheit then only you should give Paracetamol otherwise do not worry and usually the head palms and soles of baby is warmer than rest of the body
