my baby palm and foot I feels like very hot, but the body temperature shows normal, is this sign of any problem

A. hi your baby is 16 months old now and she is mostly having low hemoglobin level in blood which cause muscle and bone to heat and head palms and sole feel warm so consult with your pediatrician once
