black staining of your kid's milk teeth could be either due to intake of iron supplements, or due to lack of proper oral hygiene..
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily

is the baby taking any iron supplements as iron supplements may cause black teeth..
consult the dentist and then accordingly take the treatment..
