My age is 45 years. I wanted to know at what age Menopause starts. I have a severe heel pain while waking up in the morning and I have pain between shoulder and arm . Is are all the symptoms of Menopause??. Please let me know about this.

Actually these days men pot can start any time after the age of 35 to 38 years someone have it in the age of 40 also the depending facing any of these issues better to chat with the gynaecologist they’ll have to run some test and they can tell you exactly what the situation
