my AFI level was 9.9 cm at 38 weeks scan. at 39 weeks 1 days scan my AFI suddenly increased to 14cm . is it normal ??. I am due only 6 days

A. AFI doesn't depend on any liquid intake. If your AFI is is decreasing, then your baby is preparing for delivery. nothing to worry. anyhow you are due in 6 days. all the best for your delivery.
