Q.

my 9 months old baby is not eating since last week. he is only breastfeeding. please guide me on how to encourage him for foods.

A. dear mum, loss of appetite can be due to teething. give small frequent meals four times a day and up to three fourth Katori every time. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion.
