my 9 month old daughter started cold & nose raining, plz suggest what to give breakfast & lunch

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 8 months old and she is having a cold and runny nose so give her syrup maxtra 1.5 ml three times a day and vicks rub at chest and back

As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and clears the congestion.
For break fast and lunch you can give khichdi, moong dal, apple puré, home made cerelac .
