My 9 month old daughter fell from bed and hit her head. She was wearing h helmet hence no swelling however she is comparatively low today. Is it okay

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recturrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also gteeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .

Monitor the behaviour of your child for a rather 48 hours. If you see that your child is still there or having any kind of discomfort then consult a doctor otherwise maybe your child is just Lo generally what you have to monitor it for at least 48 hours

She was very active even after fall but yes she cried a lot. She had a helmet so there is no swelling, no vomiting etc. but yeah all of a sudden now she is low in energy not her usual self. She is smiling but seems tired.
