Q.

my 8month 20days old baby is having very hard stool.from last 4-5 days.he is on semi solid diet.stool is pebble like and straining to pass stool. not able to pass stool fully.

A. Hello mom make sure the baby is consuming enough liquids as well especially water at times their could be some foods that can cause constipation and hard stools issue such as ready to eat mixes or packaged foods . Give him only home cooked foods and also seasonal fruits and vegetables as well
