my 8 months baby girl is getting small red dots on the back of her legs and one on her face. is this any kind of fungal infection or is the skin getting dry in the winter what can be done to avoid this.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Use NMFE vitamin E cream for dry skin and I think these things are happening due to excessive dry skin only so you start applying this if it is dryness subsides as well as this issue subsides it is fine otherwise you can take an advice from a dermatologist ones
