My 8 month old kid is having fever for last two days. After giving P-120 suspension , fever reduced little bit for some time but again it started.He is very cranky .He is also having loose motion from yesterday. pls suggest

A. if the baby is having fever more than 2 days and it is recurring after using paracetamol it is advisable to consult a doctor for proper examination and proper medicines .
