Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. this phenomena also known as gastrocolic reflex is totally normal and in this phenomena the child will pass stool whenever child takes food and this decreases with increase in age of the child and if the growth of the child is proper do not worry about it

See If it is always after the feed that you are giving to the child that means your child is unable to digest any kind of food that you are giving to the child so it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor and start giving medicine to settle down the stomach of your child after that things will become better
