My 7years girl is over weight and has a lot of fat around his waist,but he wants to lose fat around his stomach, what should I do?

Put your child to good sports which require a lot of strength energy and stamina with which only the child is going to lose onto the way and take a proper diet from a dietician which is going to help in maintaining nutrients in the body strength and stamina and energy what will help in weight reduction
