my 7 years old girls premolar tooth is decayed. will it regrow if extracted?

A. This is called premolar for a reason as you have child’s milk teeth then then you will come over the period with anyways they’re going to break at a point of time the molars are going to come so if it has been an issue with it then you should actually get it extracted
