my 7 year old has 100.4 fever but her body seems very hot. She has a mild cough and her front teeth are erupting

A. Hundred .4 is a very basic low-grade fever so you can continue with paracetamol and you can repeat it after every six hours when the new milk teeth grow that time a child will get a fever not with a permanent teeth so it could be due to any other issue but definitely not because of teeth coming
