Q.

My 7 month old has sleep association with the bottle. He never take appropriate amount of milk before bed and wakes up too many times at night just to hold bottle in his mouth to connect his sleep. He takes around 300-400ml at night but not in big portions. How to break this sleep association

A. I think your child is just addicted to having a nipple in the mouth which is why this could be happening so make sure that you feed your child well before you put your child to sleep and then only things will change for good
