my 7 month old daughter has this dry skin patch on her leg... at times it looks reddish... but mostly looks like dried skin.... and is a little itchy she keeps rubbing her legs to scratch that part of the leg...will any ointments help?

This is looking like some kind of an allergy only so to begin with you can apply Boroline antiseptic cream on this regularly and use it every 5 to 6 hours of 5 to 6 times in the day as per your comfort and yet if you do not see it getting better within the time of a week then you should consult your doctor once
