my 7 month old baby girl has this on her skin what this could be ? iam confused is this normal skin issues or fungal infection?

A. Your picture is looking like an infection only now is it fungal infection or bacterial that I cannot confirm but if you want you can start applying candid B ointment that is going to help in reducing it if it is a fungal infection
